Joe joined Duke Scanlan & Hall in January, 2013. Joe’s prior work experience includes four years as an associate at a civil defense firm in Lincoln, Nebraska, where his practice focused primarily on medical and professional malpractice defense, insurance defense, personal injury litigation, and product liability litigation.
Joe obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bellevue University in 2005 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2008. In law school, Joe was a member of the Nebraska Law Review and the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity. He served as president of the local chapter of the International Law Students Association and as vice president of the Equal Justice Society.
He and his wife, Charity, have two children.
